“Bullying adalah” is a phrase in Indonesian that translates to “bullying is” in English. “Adalah” means “is” in Indonesian. The phrase “bullying adalah” is often used to introduce a statement or discussion about bullying, similar to how the phrase “bullying is” might be used in English. The phrase can be part of a wide range of discussions, including campaigns to raise awareness about bullying, efforts to prevent bullying in schools, or advocacy for victims of bullying. What does it take to be the bully? Not care about anybody’s feelings, that’s for sure.
Bullying Verbal
Verbal bullying is probably one of the more popular ways of bullying. It certainly is the easiest. Bullies are all show and no bark. They may try to degrade you with everything they’ve got, but there is one thing they never got, was my spirit. I survived all the verbal assaults and came out a winner on the other side. I’m still true to who I was back then. I may have what I like to call “extra baggage,” (the disorder’s) , but I am proud of who I am today. Therefore, today if you’re being bullied, fight back. Hit them with their own tactics. Hopefully, you will make to the other side, also. Don’t give the bully the satisfaction of crumbling under their insults.
Bullying Emotional
It becomes so emotionally taxing when an individual bullies you relentlessly. You begin to believe what they are saying especially when there are multiple people bullying you. At the same time, when your a child, you don’t quite understand what is happening and why. I know I was extremely shy. At the same time, I didn’t know why I was being picked on all the time. When my first grade teacher started picking on me, the rest of my classmates lined up right behind her. I was the outcast of the class at an early age. I used to come home balling my eyes out because I would never defend myself. It just kept going on and on. Bullying played a good part in me not liking myself. I shouldn’t be alive if I’m worth nothing. I did try to take my life many of times. I do believe in God and each one of those attempts he said “no, it’s not your time.” I thank God for that, because even with all my problems growing up, I turned out to be an awesome person that I am today. You have to take the good with the bad. Just believe in yourself and things will happen.
Causes Of Bullying
Here are some of the causes of why an individual bullies:
- Family Dynamics: Children who grow up in families that are abusive, violent, or neglectful may be more likely to engage in bullying behavior or become victims of bullying.
- Peer Pressure: Children may engage in bullying behavior as a way to fit in with a certain peer group or to avoid being bullied themselves.
- Social Factors: Certain social factors, such as socioeconomic status, gender, and race, may make children more vulnerable to bullying or more likely to engage in bullying behavior.
- Personality Traits: Some children may be more prone to aggressive or controlling behavior, while others may be more passive or withdrawn.
Effects Of Bullying
Here is a list of some of the effects of bullying:
- Emotional and Psychological Effects: Victims of bullying may experience feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social withdrawal. They may also suffer from long-term emotional and psychological effects, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
- Physical Effects: Victims of bullying may experience physical symptoms such as headaches, stomachaches, or sleep disruptions.
- Academic Performance: Children who are bullied may experience a decline in academic performance, difficulty concentrating, and problems with attendance.
- Social Effects: Victims of bullying may experience difficulties in making friends or maintaining social relationships. They may also feel isolated or stigmatized due to their experiences with bullying.
Bullying The Bully
I think the bully should receive what they dish out. Maybe they are, therefore, acting out. That still doesn’t make it right. They SHOULD get some of their own treatment. See how they handle it! It makes me especially angry that an individual needs to dominate another person whom may seem “less” then them. My nemesis was Shannon Cox. She relentlessly tortured me. That name is engraved on my brain. I wonder what would have happened if I had turned the tables on her. Would she have been speechless? I’ll never get to find out because I intend to never see her again. I have never attended any of the reunion’s (if there were any). I don’t care to see any of my classmates ever again.

Another Word For Bullying
Another word for bullying is being a coward. You don’t like your life, so you torment your fellow peers to show how tough you think you are. Equally, if your being bullied, it’s not ok for you to turn around and do it to someone else. This is for all those bullies out there, you’re being a coward if you think that bullying someone will make you feel stronger. It just shows that you can’t even deal with your own problems, so you act like the tough kid on the block. No, not going to happen anymore! Not on my watch! Can you tell I’m sick of being bullied. For the rest of my life, I’ll never let someone talk down to me. I’ve been through too much in my life, to let someone degrade me in front of everybody just because they think they are being “cool.” I put my foot down… or up that person’s ass.
Bullying Prevention
How do you prevent bullying? Good question! First of all, adults are doing it to other adults (in the home or at work). I think it needs to stop there first. Kids are just mimicking what they see the adults doing. The kids grow up being bullies as long as no one really stops them. Preventing bullying requires a multi-faceted approach that involves efforts from parents, schools, communities, and individuals. Here are some strategies that can be effective in preventing bullying:
- Promote empathy and kindness: Encouraging people to put themselves in someone else’s shoes and act kindly towards others can help foster an environment of compassion, respect and reduce bullying.
- Educate students and youth groups on the consequences of bullying: Teach what bullying is, how it affects the victim, and how to speak up if someone is being bullied.
- Foster a safe and supportive school environment: This includes clear policies and procedures for reporting and responding to bullying, and holding accountable those who engage in or facilitate bullying.
- Encourage open communication: Encouraging open communication and providing opportunities for students to report incidents of bullying or discrimination in a safe, prompt and confidential manner can help prevent ongoing bullying incidents and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Model positive behavior: Adults working with young people can lead by example and model positive behavior such as respectful interaction and reinforcing positive social and emotional character traits.
- Promote tolerance and diversity: Encourage people or groups to embrace and appreciate differences in culture, ethnicity, religion, and lifestyles, which can reduce intolerance, bullying and more.
Encourage social awareness and taking action: Encourage people to take an active role in reporting and intervening in situations that may be leading to bullying behavior, either via collaborating with authority figures and working together to identify ways to mitigate bullying. This also includes reporting instances of bullying that occur online.
Conclusion
Did you know that bullying has been Googled 1.8 million times! It’s that bad of a problem. It has been Googled more than anxiety (1.2 million). I thought it would be the other way around. We have a very serious problem…in any country. There are no repercussions for bullying. All the verbal bullying takes a toll on the individual being bullied. At this point, they are so emotionally scarred for life. At any rate, they need tons of therapy and maybe even medication all because the bully couldn’t keep their mouth shut and also had to feel superior. As long as individual’s are getting away with it, it’s just going to continue…
