
My anxiety is out of control!! Do you feel like that? Do you want to just crawl under a rock and stay there forever? Well, I have some solutions for you that will help with the ways to calm an anxiety attack. After a lot of research and reading, I’ve found different methods to stop the anxiety. Even some medications that will help! Also, there are some herbal meds that could help if you don’t want to take conventional meds. Acupressure to relax you also fights back against anxiety. As well as, there is a workbook if you’re more of the bookworm type. So try these solutions and call me in the morning! (I’ve always wanted to say that). Seriously, I sincerely hope one or more of these solutions to anxiety attacks helps you.
Therapy For Anxiety
5 Minute Meditation For Anxiety
A 5-minute meditation to calm an anxiety attack can be a helpful technique to manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety. Here are the steps to a simple 5-minute meditation you can try:
1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
2. Sit in a comfortable and relaxed position. You can sit cross-leggeon a cushion or chair, or you can even lie down if that's more comfortable
for you.
3. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your
nose and exhaling through your mouth. 4. Shift your focus to your breath. Notice the sensation of the air moving
in and out of your body.
5. If your mind becomes distracted by thoughts, simply acknowledge
them and then gently bring your focus back to your breath.
6. As you continue to breathe, focus on relaxing your body. Imagine the
tension in your muscles melting away with each exhale.
7. Continue this pattern for the full 5 minutes, taking deep breaths and
focusing on relaxing your body.

Prednisone- Anxiety
Prednisone is a medication in the corticosteroid class that is primarily used to treat inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, asthma, and
allergies. While corticosteroids can have a range of potential side effects, including mood changes and anxiety, prednisone is not typically used as a primary treatment for anxiety.
Prozac
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs): This class of
medications is typically used as a first-line treatment for anxiety disorders.
Cymbalta
Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs): These medications are also commonly used to treat anxiety and work by increasing levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain. This is the one I'm currently taking and I really like it (it's doing its job).
Acupressure For Anxiety
