You have to set boundaries to protect the joy and well-being in your life. If you have no boundaries, life will be extremely hard to exist. People will see that as weakness, and stomp on all of your beliefs.
Subsequently, they will make your life full of dismay, and maybe far worse. I lived that way through my childhood into adulthood. I let people walk all over me. But, I did realize that my joy and well-being was always there in little things.
I love nature, I enjoy doing this blog, and I enjoy helping people and animals. Realizing this, I learned to say “no” to certain people in my life. If I felt they were using me, I set boundaries to help invoke that joy and well-being.
My self-confidence came back, I was enJOYing life a lot more. My anxiety decreased and the depression disappeared. I had freedom to live my life the way I wanted to.
“To get the full value of joy, you must have someone to divide it with.” — Mark Twain
Joy and Well-being Meaning
Joy and well-being can be have an intertwined meaning. Accordingly, joy contains happiness and a sense of well-being. it’s a state of being that can be present even amidst difficult circumstances.
Joy often arises from a connection to something grater than oneself, like a sense of purpose, meaningful relationships, or faith.
Well-being is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, well-being could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life.
If you achieve the state of joy, well-being can be a part of your life.
How to be Happy and Positive All the Time
Actually, I’m going to contradict this statement, because you can’t be happy and positive all the time. Circumstances may arise that are not to your liking, so that may bring down your mood.
We experience opposite emotions, such as sadness, fear, and sorrow. All the experiences of these emotions are a learning experience for the next time.
Although, I try to look at life in a positive way. Whatever happens, I will make it through, because I have made it through before. My positivity comes from learning over the years that life changes, but you can grow intellectually from those experiences.
You may have all these emotions that are developing, but it gives you strength to overcome the impossible.

Emotional Well-being
Nothing’s perfect in emotional well-being. There are emotions that we want to stay far away from, but they become a part of our lives anyway. So, we have to adapt and grow through these feelings.
“Well-being is realized by small steps, but is truly no small thing.” — Zeno of Citium
Emotional Well-being, What it is and Why it Matters
So, emotional well-being, like joy, refers to a state of mental health characterized by:
- Positive emotions: Experiencing and expressing a range of positive emotions, such as joy, happiness, contentment, and gratitude.
- Emotional regulation: The ability to manage and cope with both positive and negative emotions in healthy ways.
- Resilience: The capacity to bounce back from setbacks and challenges.
- Interpersonal relationships: Maintaining healthy and supportive relationships with others.
- Self-awareness: Understanding and accepting one’s own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
- Sense of purpose: Having a sense of meaning and purpose in life.
Emotional well-being is an important component of overall health and well-being. It contributes to physical health, mental health, and overall life satisfaction.
It matters, because you matter. So many people in this world believe that they don’t matter. They’re insignificant. Then you have Trump pushing this envelope by locking up and deporting people of a certain color.
Nobody is inferior. Not to get religious on you, but we are all God’s children. This execution of feeling that certain people are beneath those who believe themselves as kings is disheartening. It’s downright disgusting!

Financial Well-being
Everyone wants financial well-being. Those that don’t have it, think that it would solve all their problems. Not necessarily. Yes, a lot of money may make some of your problems go away, but in the end, does it bring you complete happiness?
Some say “money is the root of all evil.” Look at people who would do almost anything for money. Some might commit criminal acts, because they think money is everything. Look at some of those who win the lottery, they’re broke within a year or so.
I would like to live comfortably if I could get off of Disability, and live on my own. I’m working towards that. That’s my idea of financial well-being. You can agree or disagree with that, but everyone has their own opinion.
Happy Husband, Happy Wife, Happy Life
I found this from one of the quotes from Google. Do you believe this to be true? I guess you could argue that as long as both persons are happy, they could live a happy life together.
But then you could argue that there may be other factors into the equation. Money might play a role. Their goals for money might be different, which could throw a wrench into their happy life.
Many times over, money divides families apart. But if they’re essentially happy, then kudos to them and their bountiful life. Let joy reign into their lives.
“Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections.” — Gerard Way

Sum It All Up
Joy and good well-being is what most people strive for. If people are living comfortably, they have the most mundane essentials in their lives. Nowadays, many people in the U.S. are struggling because of the economy.
They are not joyful and living their best life. Their financial well-being is going down the drain, while the rich get richer. My outlet is liquidity pools with crypto. I’m not betting on crypto itself, but putting money into the trading behind crypto.
It is my hope that we will come out on the other side with joy in our hearts once again. But, only God knows how long that will take to happen. Hang in there my fellow Americans. And don’t forget to set your boundaries when it comes to your joy and well-being.
