My Anger Keeps Me Alive From Fascism

—

What is anger? Anger is a feeling of that comes with resentment against certain people who think they are superior against everyon else.. He is trying (or already) formed a dictatorship against a people who are valiantly defying him. This even includes other countries who hate him.

And the suck-ups to him fit right in with that anger. Protests from people all over the world have joined in the war against him. Too much anger can turn into hatred, which is the category I place him in.

Have you ever hated someone so much that it comes out of your pores? Discomtempt is surging across this planet, and he can’t stop it. He will never stop the Americans who love this country.

At first, there was fear and disbelief of what what going on, but months later, it’s perfectly clear and disappointing. He is a weak man, who has to declare war on his own country, because he can’t on other countries (TACO).

Narcissists can’t stand it when they feel inferior to someone else (the world), so he tries to show power by impacting whom he feels are weak…marginalized groups. Genocide all over again.

He fears that he will not be able to turn this country in turmoil so he can solely rule it. When he has fear he gets angrier and tries scare tactics that aren’t working, The people remain strong and defiant.

Although, we have a weapon that is superior to him. We have a rise against him in unfathomable, equivocal resistence. Anger is a strong weapon towards those who dodn’t believe in MAGA, and everything system that goes along with it.

Man, when in force, is unstoppable. The protests are becoming bigger, and want him impeached. The march on Washington DC was massive, and proved to him that we are not taking this lying down.

In all my adult life, I’ve turned a blind eye of what was going down. How could we elect a someone who his a convicted criminal, and is proving it again right now. He’s not trying to hide it anymore, he’s blatantly a rascist.

Pent up anger can become explosive if it isn’t curtailed. There are some of those that will express their anger with violence, that is a given. Pent up anger only leads to mistakes.

He has made mistakes over and over, including minimizing the power of the people. He thinks he can silence us with a show of force, but he is mistaken. True force is pushing back with hope and redemtion for our lives.

I believe in our country and am proud to live here. I won’t let some tyrant take it over, because he thinks he is superior to everyone else. And the billionaires who go along with him, your money won’t save you when MAGA falls. Just remember that.

Growing up around yelling or explosive anger normalizes it.

High-stress homes or workplaces keep your body in “threat mode.”

Substance use (alcohol, stimulants) lowers impulse control.

Low blood sugar, dehydration, lack of sleep.

Digital overload, constant notifications, and no recovery time.

Ongoing conflicts, financial stress, traffic, clutter.

All-or-nothing thinking: “It’s ruined.”

Mind reading: “They did that on purpose.”

Catastrophizing: “This will be a disaster.”

Personalization: taking neutral events as attacks.

Should statements: rigid rules about how others must act.

I repressed my anger for so long that I couldn’t take it anymore. Unfortunately, I tried to take my own life. When I survived, I swore I was never going to let myself ever get that low again. I took all that pent up anger on myself.

Don’t surpress anger, because it just builds until it’s not maneable anymore. That’s why we must fight the oligarchy. We will lose our freedom if we don’t. So I say, stay angry, get mad, but protest peacefully.

Because if we don’t, we play right into his hands. If we give him what he wants (unruly citizens), we will be no better than him. Let’s set a precedent, fight dictaorship with the elections coming up.

Extreme anger are those that fight with violence. Those are the ones with pent up anger. They take their anger out on everyone and everything. Stay clear of these people.

It’s safe to say that he is in extreme anger, because he is not worshipped by everyone. He is a danger to this country, because he is making a mockery of the Constitution. He upholds the law…his.

Also, he is trying to strip the people of their rights and their dignity. If we fight back with an organized anger, we will defeat him. We must remain level-headed, and not play into his games.

With extreme anger, you lose sight of clarity, and good judgement. All you care about is victory. That’s all he sees is victory, and he doesn’t care how he gets it.

Displaced anger is what he is carrying around. Anyone against him, he deems an enemy. He doesn’t have many friends, because they are afraid of him. Well, I’m not afraid. He’s just a punk who thinks he owns the world.

Might I add, he is a prolific liar. I’ve never have seen one person lie so much in all my life. He’s also smitten (narcissistic) with himself. He brags himself up, because no one else will out of honesty.

Those that do, are all fearful of him. His whole life has been a joke, so he props himself up as the almighty. In true matters, he is a weakling that needs approval from those in his circle to feel obsolete.

Anger is not a sin, but in his case I’ll make an exception. He spouts off anger when situations don’t go his way, or people don’t worship him. Again, narcissism. Everyone has felt anger at some point or another.

The difference is, we don’t send out the National Guard when we feel angry. He thinks it makes him look powerful, but instead it makes him a coward. He’s hiding behind the most powereful position in America to do his dirty work.

Before this position, he was a loser (not that he isn’t now). He couldn’t keep any of his businesses afloat. His ultimate sin is corruption within the government. Using his position to get people to suck up to him through bribes and crypto.

In this case, peaceful protest and power during the elections. We can turn this country around with our votes. Yes, he’s trying to rig the elections, because he knows he’ll lose seats in the House.

We must fight him every step of the way, like gerrymandering the elections. I know all of this is a lot to accept, but we can do this. This is our way of releasing anger, matching him step by step.

We can do it, because I don’t want to see the other side of failure. Failure is not an option. Our livelihood depends upon it, and so does our future as a great nation.

My anger is a good source of medicine. It drives me to accomplish feats that seem unattainable. Kind of like lifting a car off of someone when the car definitely weighs more than you.

Anger drives people, and gives them the courage to move forward against all odds. Our anger keeps us protesting and fighting literally for our lives. The unjustice that has been bestowed upon the people is horrendous.

But we are the many voices that speak up for our lovable country. She may not be perfect now, but that doesn’t mean we can’t fix that, and return back to the Constitution that our forefathers established.

“We the people” means all Americans, including immigrants, have a right to free speach, and all that follows the Contitution of the United States of America. We still abide by those rules even if someone is trying to abolish them.

He will not win, because we are a great nation who welcomes those who want to make a life here as long as they are hard working and play by the rules. The citizens do not descriminate against immigrants.

As for him, he should be exiled from this country for crimes against humanity. He throws around his so-called power to try to break us. He will not win, because our collective anger is far more powerful than his narcissism and corruption.

We will win, because “We Are The People!
